I have been lurking in the forums for the last few weeks reading about making hot sauce, figured I should join. I do bbq catering and have won several awards for my bbq sauces and spice rub, and would like to add homemade hot sauce to my arsenal :). I know my way around a kitchen and look forward to learning some new tricks.
