Greetings from Phoenix.

Greetings,

I'm an exiled Scot living in the heat of AZ and found that to make it more tolerable that one must become the heat. Started growing habaneros and thai peppers but have yet to have them come to fruition . ( set back with a hornworm ) I'm more a consumer at present with a small collection that tends to get eaten rather than saved. Prior to making my own items I'm joining up to find out which sauces don't use iodized salt at any stage of their creation as I have a silly diet to ahdere to that bans it ( along with diary, eggs and anything from the sea.

Near my 40's , Software QA engineer for a decade and married to a spice woos with a similarly timid kid. ( E.G., they think UK food is plenty spicy :) ) Like gaming, daring Thai restaruants to kill me ( one nearly got that done) motorcylcles and punching paper / steel with guns.

have fun

Yippee, another Phoenician! And another newbie too! Maybe we can share tips about growing etc in this ridiculous climate :)

I can tell you a few ways not to grow them: :) It's making me consider indoor growing a bit more seriously. We have not got a shortage of hydroponic shops presently.
