WELCOME! I'm fairly new here myself. I can tell you this, belonging to a number of like forums, this one by far surpasses the others in its content and activity. Look forward to visiting more to another former Michigander. I grew up in Toledo and spent a number of years in Monroe County, Michigan. Welcome.
 
Michigan seems well represented here by current or former residents, unlike South Dakota (I think I'm the only one).
