Howdy all,

Since I've de-lurked in another thread I thought I'd post here now. I've found THP to be a tremendous resource here in my first year of growing chile peppers, and deciding what to do with my newly found bounty. I look forward to the next level that I anticpate for my grillin' and smokin'.

I'm also a very active homebrewer, and although I think chile in beer is sacrilege (not looking for a fight) -- what beats home grown/made sauce/rub on home smoked pork with home brewed beer?

I'll probably be in the gardening/growing forum most of the time, but will wander.
