just found this site tonight looking for spicy marinades for beef jerky. my name is brian, i'm living in boca raton, fl but i've moved around a lot. i love spicy food and put some kind of ground pepper at least on almost everything. other than spicy food, i'm into playing guitar, cars, keeping arachnids and snakes, graffiti, beer, and starting to get into photography. :) i'm looking forward to learning some bbq techniques and trying out some recipes.

I'm getting into the photography as well: just got a Canon 350D (welll, 6 months ago when my son was born). We were just saying the other day that we could all do with some chili wallpapers, so do let us know if you get any good shots!

But keep the arachnids to youself, eh? There's a good chap :)

(though they might be handy for keeping bugs off your plants. I'm having black/ brown tiny bug probs again...)
 
thanks everyone. i never even knew there was a forum about peppers until the other day by accident. the arachnids and snakes are just for fun...none of the spiders are guarding any plants heh. very rarely do i let any of them out of their homes. the snakes get to come out of theirs a bit more often.

i figured i'd see som floridians here..my brother is going to school over in sarasota at new college. nice weather today! nice and cool outside. at least this morning it was.

thats a nice camera...i have the 20d i think? its the rebel xt. my first real camera and i love it! no pics of peppers so far heh. mostly my bugs and snakes..and some cars.

thanks for the welcome...looking forward to learning a thing or two about peppers :onfire:

Oh Yeah...i've been waiting for a morning like this for a while now.
And New College is right down the road from me.

just took this pic and there is no user picture thread so i figured i'd post it here... me and my "craziest" snake...the other two have never struck at me or tried to bite me in any way. though my king snake gave me a taste of the musk tonight!
