grilling Grilled Lobster

Here's the Grilled Lobster I had in Mozambique. It was delicious.

It's lobster, the claws were removed. They were still included but I guess they were chopped off to make things easier? That and there was a bit of charring. The picture is low resolution and blurry as well.
 
That and I assume the species of lobster found in the coasts of of Southern Africa are slightly different from ones found in the north Atlantic or wherever they might have got them.
