Came across some Pork Country Style Ribs @ $.99 the other day.
My Rosemary Bush has been getting out of control so I thought It would make for some Tasty Skewers,
SouvlakiCube the Pork,Lamb,or Chicken.Marinade overnite in
1/4 C EVOO
1/4 C Red Wine Vinegar
1 Lemon juiced and Rind Microplaned
3 Cloves Minced Garlic
1 TSP Oregano
1 TSP Sea Salt
1/2 TSP Black Pepper
Skewr and Grill
Gotta have the Tzaziki Sauce!
1 C Greek Yogurt
1 Med. Grated Cuke(no Seeds!)
Squeeze out the Cuke
1 TBSP Mint
Let it meld a bit!
