grilling Grilled then broiled herb crusted shark fillet

Nice snack of some fresh off the grilled herb crusted Thresher shark.

Beautiful. I'm drooling over here, wish I could get ahold of some shark meat in Michigan. Tried shark (don't remember what kind) once and it's to die for.
 
It was great the key is all the herbs where picked from the patio garden and the shark was only about 12 hours old as it was caught the night before.

Today I'm doing pork ribs and brisket.
 
I fish almost every weekend and I catch sharks quite often, but we never keep them. There are alot of bonnett-head sharks where we fish, which is on the flats. Actually we rarely keep any fish, we just fish for the fun of it. We fish mainly for redfish(red drum), snook, and trout, the flat-slam.
