New toy for the Weber.

Fits perfect on my Genesis and keeps me out of the Blackstone market. I searched for griddles for a while and none of hte grill top ones were very large but this one is perfect for 4-6 people.

Heavy gage stainless and pretty significant bracing underneath. This thing isn't warping and it is heavy. Should last as long or longer than the Genesis.

No plated shots but I'm sure you all have seen fajitas before.The Griddle is the centerpiece here.

Very cool Jeff, You will LOVE that thing! Now you can make virtually EVERY meal outside.

Except salads but, who eats those anyway?

Can you still close the lid with it on there?

Yep. There are some handles included with the griddle that stick up a few inches taller and I didn't install them because I thought I could keep the warming rack on the Genesis...... First cook on Friday proved that the warming rack needed to go so I will ultimately put the handles on too. Plenty of room to shut the lid.

Fajitas cooked with all 3 burners on medium-low so this thing will get really hot if you are so inclined. Read: Scovie scorching tortillas. :rofl:

I could probably get hot enough to do some conola oil blackening but I haven't gotten it that hot yet. :rofl:

LOL Jeff. I use a CI Comal for tortillas but if that thing was already hot, yer damm right I would burn some on there!
