The aero plugs should transplant just fine;
no difficulties here unless you use the baskets,
then don't wait 'til the roots are all tangled up in them.
 
The tray starter should present no problems.

I just pulled down my wife's arena and round pen on Tuesday, disc-ed it all real good. The soil looks so good, am going to try making a garden out of it.  So far she hasn't figured out what I'm doing.
