I find it very exciting seeing every cool pictures posted here. I have some lemon drop seeds from local vendor, can i join the growdown? Or its too late?

In near future, I will order some more seeds from vendor listed on the vendor vault. Vendor recommendation is greatly appreciated.

Sorry for my bad english.

:welcome:  to THP and the Growdown, Ajik!  Always great to
have an international crowd!  I'm not in charge of the contest,
but for the sake of global cooperation, I vote yes - in any case
maybe there are some seeds left in the group and someone
could send a few your way.  Unfortunately, I'm all out.

Well, tomorrow marks 8 weeks since dirt day, so an update is  is
order, I guess.  The largest two are forking and flowering,
and all three are branching significantly from the leaf nodes.
Sorry for the poor lighting (only a 4x2 T5HO) in the first pic,
but you can see why I hang foil over my grow lights and plants : )

I need to stake the taller plants!

I've never sent seeds to Bali before...I do have extras.
I just put them in a greeting card with a layer of bubble
wrap and send it first class mail.  A card with a couple
of seed packets weighs way less than an ounce, so you
can send it first class with one Global Forever stamp.  I
haven't had one fail, yet, and I've sent them from Australia
to South Africa and points in between!

Welcome to the THP, I too have seeds. We're all using seeds from the same source to keep things even across the board. The grow is from January 1st of this year until January 1st of 2018. Send me a PM and I'll get them in the mail. And good luck!

Thats impressive. What fertilizer do you use?

So far, just 1 tbsp, then 1.5 tbsp the second time of fish emulsion to 2 gals of rain water. I bottom water them once a week, I hit them twice with the fish emulsion. The last time was just water. I'd rather go 2 small applications than 1 that fries them. I'm sure we've all cooked a few in the past  :shh:

I just found this as I am somewhat new to the forum, Is it too late to be in on the comp?? lemme know, I would be very interested. Sounds like fun

You just need to get someone in the contest to send you some
seed, or order from Tradewinds Fruit.  You can join in whenever.
I'd send you some seed, but don't have any left       Basically,
it's whoever gets the most pods by weight off of one plant by the
end of the year, so you should have time to at least get started.

Anyone got a couple seeds I can get? It would be awesome to grow a "new to me" pepper as I have never tried this one, and play along in the reindeer games
