At least it didn't get lost, not worried about the timing as superior gardeners rarely are. 
 
We had the postal clerk look at the first seed envelope and wave their wand of approval...after a 21 cent bump in the normal charges. After that we did all the same way.
 
I guess the beating they dole out is no charge...
 
Let's add Mushroombob to the list. His seeds hit the mail in the morning...
 
I believe I'm up to 4 soldiers now. These seeds are germing like Annuums....wait...Bells? It could very well be the battery acid soak that softened the seed casing. ;)
 
Got home to find a few more tiny plants.  6 of 11 so far...
 
I've left the 'deployed' plants out for the last few days, soaking up sunlight reflected off a white panel.  So far I haven't burned any to a crisp, nor have birds or bugs devoured any plants.  Now they have only to survive another ~300 potentially lethal days and nights...   :rolleyes:

If you don't get a germ - I'll try to send you a plant once they are old enough.  As long as Guru approves of it.  No promises, I've never shipped plants before.

Whoops, I've been very busy and haven't had a chance to get my seeds in dirt. I'm glad I caught them before the pods started to burst thru the container.

Not bad for my first attempt to germ this way, and using nothing more than an auto-shutoff human heat pad that I would turn on whenever I remembered.
