fungus gnats, while annoying have never harmed a plant of mine. Then again I haven't had a fungus gnat since I started using this stuff. Easily the best growing medium I've used. Expensive but worth it for your young plants.

Just got these bad boys in the mail and separated the crushed ones out. I'm still going to throw those in a paper towel and see if anything miraculous happens. I got quite a few intact though.

Edit: forgot to mention that I'm impressed that they managed to damage a few so badly, as they were packaged pretty well.

I added B-1 to my watering.. the other YBS is beginning to green up too.
What's in B-1?
Kelp.. a little Iron.
Thinking maybe an Iron deficiency?

I actually got one of the crushed seeds to pop! First one followed by one of the intact seeds.
