Hello to all competitors! It was a busy start of the year so I had no time to publish anything anywhere before. Finally here is my first photo of the Farm Locoto growdown. I only sowed 1 seed so I don't really have to choose from. Here she is, sowed in late half of February, being 44 days old now (including germination time)!

Eewww. Very sick! I’d recommend a dilution of glyphosate applied daily, ensuring you concentrate your spray on the underside and topsides of the leaves. It may pull though.

Here's the three I've started.

It's weird how the middle one is so far along compared to the other two.

Unfortunately, there's actually two plants in the middle pot. Both are doing well, but I guess I'll have to cull one of them for the competition.

For my part, it wasn't so much that they were slow, but rather that there seemed to be a lot of variability.

I had two that germinated in a reasonable time and are growing reasonably well, and two others that germinated slowly, and continued to grow slowly.

Mine all seemed fine and uniform, but again, that trip was in 2020, and ethically, the proper etiquette is to consider them F3-ish at this point...

Here's a couple really bad pics of 3 Farm Locoto plants. They're doing pretty good. I think I have a couple more plants someplace in the jungle, lol. I'll look for them soon.

I've got some flowers!

Although, I am reminded of a Rocoto I grew last year that produced scads of flowers, but not a single Rocoto pepper.
