does anyone have experience using guar gum -

how much to use?
when & how to add it?

not i, but i can buy guar pods locally. wonder if they'd have the same effect?

It may clump so I'd do a slurry. Instead of using water, use an ingredient that is already going in, like vinegar. A little goes a long way.
