Just made this hot sauce yesterday and man was it awesome. It has a nice slow burn. Tried it on fish yesterday and even on some ice cream! Next time I might add a couple more habaneros but then that might eliminate my some from being able to have it. Recipe is below. Here is the link to the recipe on my blog.
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 orange pepper, minced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 habanero peppers, including seeds
- 2 cups mango fruit, chopped
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
