thanks guys but a bad surprise this weekend. Gout!!! Can't walk!! Can't eat what I want!!! Not hot sauce!!!!!!!!!! No ham!! No steak!! No sun drop!! No chicken!! Going crazy!! Anyone have any good no meat recipes??

Whoa, no meat...I got tested for gout last week, I'm arthritic but gout clear. Sorry for you man, but happy birthday.
