Happy Birthday midwestchilehead

Thank you all! It was a bittersweet day. I spent most of the day beginning to prep the chile patch for the cold, snowy winter :-( Potted up a few ornamentals to overwinter at the office, and seeded all the manzanos and few other varieties I picked over the last few days. It won't be long until the first freeze arrives and my season will be over. It came on October 2nd last year, so I guess this year's extra days are a bonus!
 
Belated Happy Birthday John!
 
It might be the end of the growing season, but it's the beginning of the concoction season.
 
Get in the kitchen and concoct something!
 
I got a couple jars of stuff fermenting, but I need to get some sauce going too :-)
