Happy Birthday Smokemaster!!

Holy crap, another birthday....what does that make now? A whole ton of birthdays or what....you're getting' birthday rich....don't spend it all in one place! Happy birthday buddy!
 
Thanks a lot,I'm entering old fart territory-59yrs old.

I get off work in 2 hours.

I just put a few seeds in my sprouter.
Tovari,Buforum,Lanceolatum , Flexuosum,cap 1475 and Microcarpum.
Hopefully all will sprout.

I have several pounds of Pork Belly(14lbs) , Brisket (30lbs.?)and London Broil/Top round 80lbs.?).
Guess I'll probably get them ready for the smoker.
Belly will take 7 days+,Brisket for brisket and Pastromi will be 3-4 days and the top round will take a week.
All get rubbed down and put in the fridge to blend for a while.

I DO have 30lbs of top round already smoked.
Sliced up 7+ lbs of it tonight for whatever.
Will Vac Pack it for the freezer in usable portions.
Gotta hit up the store to make a mop and sauce for my top round before the rub blends in.
Not today...but before next week.

Still have 25lbs of Manzanos that need grinding into powder(dried already).

I really should hit up the bus to Venus Beach and kick back in the Patio drinking brews and watching the Circus and thongs go by.
But the ride home on the bus sucks with a buzz on.
Might end up in BF Egypt or?

Guess I'll stick to getting stuff ready for the smoker.
Gotta work another 14 hrs tonight.

Well I light weighted out.
Walked to the store and got all my stuff for the soon to be smoked stuff i just bought.

Decided to do a Rum and Lime juice drink.
Mixed a couple Oz. of Lime concentrate with the same amount of Rum.Added water and a little sweetner in a 1 1/2 quart container.
Used COLD water and a sip turned into an empty container while I ground fresh spices in my grinder for my rubs.
I mixed 1 more then started looking at my recipes and nodded out.

Woke up at 7:30 pm and am working tonight.

Going to make a second attempt tomorrow. LOL

A friend says she thinks Venus beach sounds cool but her day off is thursday.
Could be cool IF she doesn't want to hang out in front of Muscle beach watching all the muscle heads work out.
Gotta pass that area on the way to the beer garden...

Heck,celebrating my birthday for a week in small parts is cooler than getting partied out all at once.

Still gotta find a friend that wants to float around all day on my boat at a lake though during the week.

I think I can spread this birthday out for a week or so. :)

I'm on the green side of the grass.
I'm happy.

I almost bit the dust 3 times already.
They brought me back 2 times.

Life is good!

Dinner tonight is Thin sliced smoked London Broil/Top round,Tomato,Avacado,Peppers and Provolone cheese on a bolito that is toaste enough to get the cheese soft and the roll toastey,

My dog,Heidi, was born the 7th.
She gets to eat smoked meat too for her late birthday present.
Just more than the few tid bits she is used to.(lean,no fat for the people who think her diet is nasty).
She don't care about birthdays,just the smoked goodies...
Chow Hound to the Max.
But she is my buddy.
27 yrs for her(people years,dog yrs. are 3)59 for me.
