If you like that stuff, you'll prolly really like "Lost Coast Brewery's Great White" too. Both awesome summer beers. CHEERS!!  Have a great Pops day Ozzy!

Happy Father's Day. Big beer drinker here but never had the opportunity to try that ale. So what the marinade. Got the beer. See ketchup and mustard. Willing to share the recipe? What about the chickens? How are you repairing them? Im a big smoker fan but don't have an actual smoke. Bought an electric smoker last year but haven't had a. chance to perfect it yet. Made some pork shoulder and tri tip but nothing super special. Looking to see how it turns out. Make sure to post more info. Thanks in advance.

Mustard..yes...ketchup...no.  Just put some of my buddies spices that he sells that part of the proceeds go to first responders.  It's some pretty good stuff.  I also put some salt on it before I put the mustard on.  I'm going to spatchcock the chickens and probably put some of the same rub on one of them minus the mustard and then a cajun blend on the other chicken. Going to put them on my Weber smokey mountain in a few hours then let it go overnight.
