Just off work, going to sleep so I can do iit again in a few hours

Got a big ol pork shoulder that has been dry rubbed sitting in the oven slow cooking all day and then onto the smoker. After that it's off to Pepp3rFreaks to eat and swim with the kids. Good times.

Kids all gone, so going to throw a slab of salmon on the smoker for a couple hours, call up my brother and his kids and burn some fish.
Sadly, no peppers suitable for fish yet, so it will have to be smoked and lemon peppered.
Salmon, mussels, and crab stuffed manicotti will be our fathers day feast.
Feel for all ya that have to work today. Been there, do that.
Done that for over 20 years, so "adjusting" holidays, birthdays, and the like is now a family tradition.
