Have you read 'The 4 Hour Chef'?

Morning guys, have any of you read 'The 4 Hour Chef' by Tim Ferriss? This is by far my favourite book. He deconstructs cooking and relates these techniques to the rest of life, there's some amazing tips in it.

The trailer does it more justice.

I tried to read it. But to me it seemed like he knows nothing and how to teach it even less .

Maybe you want his other books too The 4-Hour Workweek, The 4-Hour Body

Yeah I've read those too, love 'em. What didn't you like about it, that's the first negative review I've heard?

Great Profile pic by the way, Hicks is a legend.

It's probably the first review he didnt pay for.

It's just a long, boring, book version of "life-hacks". He does a poor job of conveying information. I hate the way he jumps around from subject to subject parroting the internet. And I came to the conclusion that meta-learning is the slow, stupid version of actual learning.
