That's how you do it!! You've obviously got smoke in your blood I've never seen that cooker before can you give us some details on your cook and your smoker. Oh great and powerful pit master!

Thanks all for the nice comments,,The chicken tastes awesome,,even cold for lunch today 
I put some of my homemade Jerk rub on em,drizzled em with Agave nectar and massaged it in
This is a charcoal smoker,a small drip pan on the bottom,,started with coal and Apple chips,,after an hour or so I threw on some Apple chunks to keep it going

I'd just like to point out that when it comes to barbecue, having the Ferrari of smokers doesn't amount to jack if you don't know what you're doing. Good to see such a nice piece of gear fall into the right hands. Get your smoke on, man.
