Last week I got a package from Johnny and Nicole from Heartbreaking Dawn's and inside he had thrown in a couple of pieces of "Scorn Bread" corn bread made with Dorest Naga powder and some other superhot puree which escapes me at the moment. I decided to take the challenge by using some of the 1498 (his Trinidad Scorpion Sauce) sirloin tips and a little pepper jack cheese over top. Oh yeah, a little extra 1498 on the bread itself first. Taste is a little on the sweet side, but only for a second. You start getting a little sweat and the heat just slowly builds to almost a searing burn. I am not sure how much of this is from the sauce and how much from the bread, but I am sure it is the combination of the two. One thing I can tell you is that it is sure good! I survived the challenge, but I paid for it in the loo the next morning.
