HBJ 2020 Glog

Another year and it probably won't be much of a glog again.  Would be nice if I could link my fb pics into here.

Not too sure on what all I will be growing.  Always promise myself I am trimming it back, but I still run with a lot of varieties.

Hoping to find some good 7 pot burgandy and yellow scorpions for the upcoming season.  Somewhere along the way my yellows didn't pan out and all the seeds I have gotten for me haven't grown out to my liking.

Yeah, the hassle of uploading pictures is one of the main reasons I have a hard time to keep a glog. When you have more than a few pictures to post it gets really tedious. The picture hosting services that do work aren't very used-friendly either.

Jeff! Good to see you on the grow log forum.
I hope you will pursue the picture thing, I have
enjoyed your stuff in the past. Good luck this
season, and let me know if you see anything
on my seed list you'd like for 2020!

I hear ya. I used PhotoBucket before they went all wonky.
So, just decided to bite the bullet and pay a stipend for the
Extreme membership here. I like the convenience of being
able to upload my pics right from my phone without a third
party go-between.

Have yet to buy any pepper seeds.  Just ordered my onion plants though.  Not real sure on what I will grow.  Got a lot of call for my mild cranberry sauce if I can remember how I made it lol

I had the opportunity to try aji charapita this year and I liked them.  I was surprised at the heat from that little yella pepper!  I saved some seeds from them and have been thinking about planting a couple.
I grew some SRP's this past year and they were great.  I made some jelly with them that turned out pretty good.  The wife likes it anyway.
Good luck this year.
Are fatalii's on your list again?

Send me a PM if you're still interested in 7 Pot Burgundy.  Mine were nice last year.

Got peppers with several sets of leaves on them now.  About 76 potted up.  Another tray and a half working.  Had some issues with a couple varieties I got off the seed train....not sure how old those seeds were.

Paul, the golden marconi are up and I can't wait to see em.  Same with the orange bell.  Went orange bell crazy this year with 5-6 varieties.

Had 80 hot peppers in the pepper garden last year.  Enlarging the two ends so I can add 24 more to each end.  South edge will close out with a row of beans and then trying a pickle fence on ground that's never grew pickles.

Sounds like you're well on your way again Jeff.

Hope you have a fruitful season.

What beans ya growin? Heck. What peppers ya growin lol?

Hey, Jeff. glad to hear the Golden Marconi
are doing well for you. I will be starting mine
very soon.

The yellow reaper finally decided to pop up.  Wow, that took forever.

Good news, Jeff. I hope it goes bonkers for you!

The not so good news is my jigsaw never came up after a couple plantings.  Not sure if I have a mustard hab up, but I know two pots never germed.  And my Manzano never came up.  I have plenty of Rocotos though.  Lots of Fatalii peppers too.  Smell a hot sauce coming from them this year.  Perhaps a smoked version.

I always feel behind when plants come up late, but they always seem to flourish once they're outside.
