We just joined TheHotPepper today after seeing the posting on our "Thib's Salsa" FB page about THP awards. The idea of a bottled salsa started about 2 years ago after the children moved out and I had time to spare. There was more to it than I thought. As most of you know, you do this as a hobby and not to get rich. Thib's Cajun Salsa has been on the shelf for 18 months now. I could talk all day about the experience, but I will not bore you. We signed up for the awards in the "medium salsa category" today and will mail our salsa from Louisiana on Monday. It all sounds like fun and that is what it is all about!
