Hello from a dabbler in Kentucky

My name is Joe and I'm a home cook and part time dabbler in BBQ/Smoking. I collect hot sauces I find and have a rather large collection currently.

My wife and I are part owners and full time managers at a mini storage facility in Lexington. We have been married forever with 4 kids, 17 grandkids and 2 great grandkids. We are originally from Miami Florida and moved to Kentucky almost 6 years ago now and love it here.

I belong to several other cooking groups on one of which I meet BamsBBQ who turned me on to this forum. Looking forward to reading and catching up so will spend a bit of time doing that for now.

Oh forgot to mention I grow peppers now, habanero, jalapeño, cayenne, and I have some seeds to grow some Bhut Jolokia chili later this year.

LATER?! Now is the TIME Joe! Get 'em in some dirt!:P

Oh, by the way, Welcome from Virginia!:)

I will be growing these indoors so not in a rush at the moment. I have a rather large garden window but it is filled at the moment with other things. It is too early here yet to put them out side as we will have more snow in this weekend and still another month of heavy winter.
