Hey everyone, my name is Sam. I'm a student at Auburn University. A friend of mine introduced me to the Bhut Jolokia a few months ago, and I've been on a spicy food kick ever since. I've spent some time lurking around on here getting recipe ideas, and I finally made my own. I'm gonna give it a try this afternoon, and I'll let you guys know how it goes.
