I Have been a chilihead for 37 years and a Meat Smoker for 35 years. I make my own Beef / Deer Jerky and have for 34 years. My favorite Pepper is Bhut Jolokia. Did you know that Bhut in Indian ( India ) means Ghost? I live in Southern Ohio. I lived in Denton/ Dallas Texas for 11 years and miss it dearly. I am a self taught chef and can smoke a Badger and you would use his claws for toothpicks when I am done with him. I grew Habaneros last year and my son and I ate 31 one gallon bags over the winter. We eat about 6-7 lbs a week. Love them. I am so Happy that the Ghost Peppers came up and thrived this year. If you need seeds , let us know we will try and help you out.
