Hello, I live in Central PA, and tried these ultra hot peppers last year, thanks to my brother's neighbor. Anyway, I took the seeds from a yellow 7 and am now growing a nice little plant.
I haven't made hot sauce yet, but I did make an awesome salsa with a chocolate jolokia, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, blackberries and then sugar and salt to taste.....sweet and savory but firey hot.
I'm worried about my plant now, which is why I joined. I also hope to learn about how to make and jar salsas, because I am IN LOVE with these peppers.
