We are dehydrator located 200km from the border with El Paso TX. www.sunviewfoods.com Always interested in learning more about peppers so decided to join this forum. We dehydrate and process into flakes, granules and powder different varieties of peppers including jalapeno, chipotle, pasilla, guajillo, arbol, ancho, habanero, serrano, cayenne, bell, anaheim. We send our samples for SHU testing to Las Cruces Nm, Southwest Biolabs and noticed a very spicy trend on all the jalapeno peppers coming from Chihuahua (specially Delicias) area this season. Anybody that buys from the area noticed this trend on jalapeno peppers ?

:welcome: From the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. Can't say. I don't buy a lot of chilies these days from the store. But am always glad to hear jalapenos are getting hotter. :)
