Hello from Connecticut

Hello from Connecticut. My name is Len and I've been making my own chile sauce and BBQ sauces for a few years. I have a meat smoker where I BBQ pork butt and shoulder, and ribs (and chicken). In any rate, my homemade sauces are a fun component of such.

My main business is manufacturing coffee roaster drums (going on 8 years now). In the following years since I started the coffee business I would get a few inquiries every now and then to see if I could provide the drums for roasting chile peppers so I started a chile pepper roasting drum manufacture site at ChileRoasting.com. And so here we are today.

In any rate my wife Kara and I enjoy everything BBQ related, and roasting chiles and making sauces goes with the territory. Attached is a picture of my BBQ for our meat smoking and BBQ; I roast the chiles in one of our drums in our grill; sometimes I smoke some in the BBQ also.

Thanks for the invite. I am picking up a new truck on Saturday so unfortunately I will not be able to make it. However I certainly appreciate the invite. You know I was born and raised in Ellington, and worked at Moser Farms when I was a teenager. Those were the days!
