Hello from East Tennessee

my name is Ben and i live near Knoxville Tn. i enjoy just about everything outdoors, (except weedeating the yard), fishing, hiking, camping, bbq-ing. i have not tried any of the superhots varieties but i do love the flavor of Habs, especially smoked. i usually grow the basic salsa garden with tomatoes, jalapeno, and habenero. but this year i have added a few to the larger space i have. trying my luck with the "numex Big Jim" i love green chiles roasted and stuffed. also growing pablanos for the first time, these are my all time replacement for bell peppers and again RELLENOS mmmmmmmmmmmm.... i have ordered some seeds for the Fatalii and Aji Limon this year and trying my hand at container plants and overwintering....we'll see. any pointers to starting these 2 varieties would be appreciated. i'm sure there will be several questions to come.

i've been lurking in "TheHotPepper" for a little while now and see there is alot of great people here with a wealth of knowledge. i look forward to cyber gardening with everyone here.

Ben

:welcome: From NC ! I overwintered 2 Aji Limons and lost 1 due to my own screw up ! The lone survivor is slowly waking up as I replanted it in my front border 3 weeks ago !

Hi and welcome from Southern California :woohoo:. Hola, im always try to overwinter my chiles... and i have learned, that you win some and you lose some. But with the help of the THP community, there will be less casualties.
