Hey everyone! I've been casually browsing these forums off and on for quite a while now and thought I would make an account.
I'm from green cove springs florida, over the past 6 years I would say, I have grown about 3 of them. I've grown annaheim and birds eye, and a few others, and this past season decided to grow some superhots!
Right now I am growing some Butch T's(3) and a chocolate habanaro(1). I started way late in the season, and kept them indoors for far too long, but they are doing pretty well all considering. I suppose thats one of the advantages of florida, deal with some hurricanes but you get decent temps year round. I've also been taking them indoors because its still easy to do with only 4 medium sized plants. In january I am going to add to my list.
Ghost pepper
Carolina reaper
Datils (really want this one since I live about 20 minutes from St Augustine, and have spent many a summer there vacationing.)
Chiltepin
Orange Habs
Jalapenos
I also enjoy training my plants. I'm not good at it or anything, but I've been reading/watching a lot about bonsai. I also plan to try grafting next season. I would really like to make some plants that have a wide variety of heat that I can grow indoors!
Anyway, sorry for such a long introduction! Hope to do a lot of talking and maybe even some trading.
