Hello THP! I don't know what took me so long to join. I started growing chilis last year when my wife bought some seeds (sweet bells, "mixed hot peppers" which turned out to be Hungarian wax, Anaheim and others that didn't sprout). I found this site last year and have learned how to grow chilis, make habanero pepper jelly and hot sauce, and over winter habanero and jalapeño plants (thanks PepperGuru!). I'm looking forward to learning more and hopefully contributing to this forum.
