Hi from Australia! I'm not sure how fluent you are in Japanese but if you ever need any help with reading soil/fertilisers labels, or anything like that, let me know 
I'm fairly fluent (although the more you know, the more you realise you don't know!) and I spent a year at an agricultural high school in Tokyo so some of that information should come flooding back.

My girlfriend is fluent, but doesn't have a clue about chemistry or plants.
I've struggled to find a germination heat mat here, as well as seed trays (gonna use plastic cups instead). Looking for what I need in shops is often exhausting, even though my (spoken) language isn't bad.
