Hello from London, UK

Hey all - first post here, looking forward to seeing some great hot sauce recipes and learning some new techniques.

Couple of recent bits from the kitchen:

:welcome: to the forums, mate! You certainly want to check out the hot sauce making section of the forums if sauces are your thing! There's a wealth of knowledge to look through and learn, and some really knowledgeable/helpful people to assist you with any questions along the way. Since your based in London, I'll take a wild guess and say that at least one of those (especially the 1st) looks to be perhaps... a hot curry sauce!?  ;)  :P  I love curry of any style and any heat level! Either way, whatever they are, it looks good! Cheers!

Thanks all - appreciate the welcome.

They're both cooked hot sauces - top one got its colour from the red and yellow peppers that we smoked along with a small batch of Pablanos that we grew ourselves. The green sauce was based on a bunch of little tins of Jalapeños I picked up last year when I was in the US - basically anything I could find in the local shops that was Green and hot! Then we fleshed it out with Peas and Spinach - sounds a little odd but it tasted good.

Dried Habaneros are the main heat source for both - one of my fave chills and we can get decent ones locally.
