I am growing many of the super hots,buth jolokia , 7 pod ,trinidad scorpion, biutch t and habanero white,

Yep! Chungking, Taste of Chongqing, Hunan Chili King, Hunan Seafood Restaurant, 168 Garden, Yunnan Garden, etc.
Check 'em out on Yelp for ideas about specific dishes. "Fire exploded kidney flowers" (火爆腰花) and anything with pickled peppers （泡椒） will be very hot. There's also a dish called "spicy fried spicy" (辣炒辣), amongst various other dishes. If you want it very spicy, order your dishes "dà là" (大辣, "very spicy").
