Hello everybody. I’m Nayef and I’m new to this site. I’m from Michigan, just outside of Detroit. I’ve always loved hot food and hot sauce. For the past four summers I’ve grown gardens (in spite of the wild Michigan weather) with several varieties of hot peppers. Now I bring in pretty good harvests, and I’d like to start making and bottling homemade hot sauce with my peppers. I’m mainly interested in small batch methods (for now…), just to pass out to my family and friends. I’d appreciate any advice from anyone with experience in hot sauce making and bottling, and I’m really looking forward to learning from you guys!
