Hello all, I'm Justin from North Carolina. I'm still a rookie as far as chilis go. I grow cayennes, jalapenos, red chilis (like you'd get from Lowes or Wally World), and am looking to grow some sort of New Mexico green chili this year. I'm also interested in the super hots as well, but that is another thread.
My wife is from New Mexico, so consequently, I married a mild chilihead. She loves her hot Salsa, and green chili, and hot wings. Although I (we) enjoy hot food, it's still nothing compared to what you guys go for.
Been reading all I can. Looking forward to posting questions elsewhere!
Thanks
Justin
