Hello everyone,
I'm in the South of France and I grow peppers for many years for their beauty or fragrance.
In the kitchen, I prefer those that are the fruit of Capsicum chinenses with white color, pink or orange, for their very fruity fragrance.
I have a lot of fun to grow my peppers, and I like to use original way, like this log pastry with dark chocolate / Trinidad douglah cream butter.
