No name doesn't start with K and I don't work at the produce store..might catch up one day and swap some seeds or poo..

hehe that's kinda what I meant, not enough poo at my place - although I do have a few kids.
They are only little poo's.
ha.. you haven't seen how much my kids eat.
Well i use the cow turd for all my other growing (big veggie patch) and i really do have "asparagus" growing by the way it wasnt kidding with you, total of about 150 seedlings (30 big ones & 120 smaller) wich will go in a dedicated area, they can live for decades with the right care.
And this year im having a go at Avacado`s as well, dam they are hard to germinate.
I use them plastic drinking cups for all my growing, they work out at about 2c each & the roots can get well established in a bigger pot, i use a battery drill with a 3mm bit & drill three holes in the bottom, depending on your drill bit length you can drill through about 20 or so cups in one go.

mate nice work.. those avo's are piss easy once you know how and looks like you do.. the water method is OK but I just stick them in soil now like you have and keep them moist - just have patience.
Your'e chicken/duck dumps are too burny , but good to compost, and then will be ready.
Cow excrement is excellent and horse feces is too.. I grow direct in horsey plops sometimes.

Theres more on my growing effort on a page i made up, i was clogging up my own forum (motorbikes) with gardening stuff.
You can see from the first pic of the seed packets what im curently growing (normal veggies) and ill do a Glog on here of my chili peppers later on when i get my new seeds come through.

I wish, weeds is the problem in the garden.
What i should have done is doused the whole thing with roundup two or three times before i planted.
As you may know it rains a fair bit here, combined with that sub tropical climate & cow poo thrown in for good measure,
the weeds just loved it & said "thank you very much Mezo"
Im not talking your tiddlers you pull out as you tend your garden im talking monster weeds five feet tall with sharp prickles.
I was looking at planting my Bhut`s in there but decided to keep them in pots because of the weeds.
