hello from the caribbean, Dominican Republic

Hi, been visiting the site for a week....planning to start a little farm production around 6 acres... i've search for hybrids , found one orange called " orange blum" ... I welcome any hybrid suggestions or planting suggestions...

looking to plant a red hybrid , yellow and orange...I like the chocolate one too...

I have 2 passive ventilated greenhouses , 962m2 each...planted with bell pepper in soil, mulched, around 2808 plants each... i will upload some pics later today in the grower forum...

so any suggestions are welcome...:)

Greetings hector.jacob !!

Good to see you here .... What's the reason for wanting hybrids ? Most folks love to have "true " strains and maybe make a hybrid.

Peace,
P. Dreadie

thanks for the welcome everyone....;)

P.Dreadie the reason for hybrids is an early production, 60-70 days(that's using plastic mulch and fertigation)...and second and most important...seed availability...is more likely to end up in a wall looking for that quantity of one 'true strain", talking about 25 thousend to 30 thousend seeds, if a have a density of 2 plants per square meter...

any suggestions guys of what strain or hybrid? and seed company to order?

hello and welcome from New Zealand! How many plants do you plan on growing mate? How long have you been growing in green houses? Just being nosey :)

Trade Winds Tropical Fruit http://www.tradewindsfruit.com/ does bulk orders for some varieties of chilli seeds. I've ordered seeds from them in the past and I've not had any major issues with them. You might want to check them out. Not the largest selection, but they do tend to have the usual suspects and a few surprises. :)

thanks for the welcome everyone again
