I used to go to a weekly potluck and I'd bring all sorts of Jello Shots.  They're fun to toy around with.  For my cousin's wedding this summer I'm in charge of bringing lemon drop jello shots and jack and coke jello shots.  If you get orange jello and cherry jello you can make tequila sunrise jello shots.  And you can start messing around with unflavored gelatin and flavoring it up to make pretty much any drink or shot you'd like.  Cheers!
