I do not know this type of peppers ,, all farmers in Indonesia mostly grow large types of chilies, small peppers, curly peppers

Is it just me, but your chilis are getting longer and bigger as the time progress, also those are c.annuum and Thai Red Chili Pepper seem to be what they are usually called around the world.

today I harvest 180 kg ,, if later the fruit is up whether it can be in the fruit again

Holy crap this is good stuff. You are making some serious volume!
 
I like how you call them "trees" instead of the more mundane "plant" - where you are at these are true perennials stick around year after year don't they?  Where I'm at our winters kill them off and we have to start all over again every year.
 
I can't even fathom what your harvest will be like NEXT year if those plants live year to year.

for me in indonesia same tree and pepper plant. I do not say that this will live from year to year. several times more harvest I have pulled the tree
