Help ID this plant

So on the outskirts of where my peppers used to sit, this little thing popped up....strange looking leaf structure and the flowers are coming from an odd location. Any help would be appreciated!

Can't think of what the name is right now but I think it's not a pepper.

Is it a tomato? I honestly have no idea. Its sturdy and stocky like a young chinense plant
