Help Identifying

This was supposed to be a regular jalapeno plant, but it obviously isn't. I know I have seen peppers like this before, but I cannot remember what it is. I tried searching over at chiliman but could not find it through the many pages I looked through (a huge amount of peppers in their database, way too many to search). Ideas?

simliar to a bishops crown

Lots of different names for this variety but its most definitely a PI 497974
