Help me ID "Scotch Bonnet"

Hello,
 
I got some seeds from a friend last year. He claimed that they were Scotch Bonnet. I planted one of the seeds in a pot in March. Now I've got some nice looking yellow peppers. However, I don't think they look like Scotch Bonnet. I have, however, never grew SB before. I would really appreciate help ID:ing them.
 
 

 

 
I can update with more images if needed but I hope this is enough. Someone told me he thought they might be cheyenne,

Definitely not a bonnet, though I'm not sure exactly what it is. Looks to be an annuum variety, so not even the same species as bonnets. Looks similar to the Bonnie plants "lunchbox orange" my wife wanted me to grow for her this year.
