The average stomach is about the size of a fist.
22 lbs is about the size of a suitcase.
It's simply not possible. The stomach acids could not break down to digest enough matter to make room for more. Not in an hour. No way. 22 lbs. think about that. Better yet - go out & find a 1-2 year old child. Pick them up. Now, very carefully and without upsetting the parents, try to eat them. Ok, not really. - but imagine trying to eat them.
Daunting task. Not just for the cannibalism factor, but for trying to consume 22 lbs of anything. Now, arguably a human child would be easier to eat (provided it were cooked right and suitably marinated) as there's bone and tendon that you wouldn't necessarily eat, so you'd probably only actually consume 14-16 lbs of human infant.
This is 22 lbs of curry. And rice. This is much more dense than a human child, even if you rotisserie the child until moist & tender.
