I'm new here but have been actively growing hot peppers and other veggies for just over 5 years. I have a 14x28 hoophouse, 6 4x8 raised beds, and a 11x11 indoor project. I experiment with hydro, soil, coco.
I also make sauce, jellies, and hot spicy pickles.
I'm irish/Italian, so I love cooking and food in general. Lol.
